Employees, members, and representatives of EYO must practice honesty and integrity in fulfilling their responsibilities and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.

While we encourage open communication and trust, we also recognize the importance of offering a confidential and anonymous way to raise concerns, complaints, or issues. This ensures that Eklipse Youth Organization has every opportunity to thoroughly investigate and address potential violations of policy, law, or standards.

If you have concerns to report, please use the anonymous form below, which will be directed to the Ethics Committee. The committee consists of selected Eklipse board members and the board President. Alternatively, you can email your concerns directly to eklipsewinterguard@icloud.org.
